UAE business guide

Before you hire
a Google Ads agency.

Use this checklist to prepare a brief and compare agency answers for your Dubai business. It covers what to bring, what to ask and what a useful proposal and report should contain.

Bring a useful brief to the first call.

  • Your priority services and the types of customer they suit.
  • The locations you serve and the requests you cannot fulfil.
  • Your existing account, landing pages and available campaign history.
  • The media budget, distinguished from the agency's service fee.
  • Who approves the work and who follows up inquiries.

Ask questions you can compare.

What will you review before changing our account?

A clear answer: An explanation of the existing campaigns, search activity, conversion actions, access and business goals being assessed.

How will you handle Dubai location targeting?

A clear answer: A plan that connects service areas to location options, reports and inquiry feedback. A Dubai search term alone does not establish the searcher's location.

Who will improve the landing page or tracking?

A clear answer: A clear owner, deliverables and cost for any required work, with launch dependencies identified.

How will you judge lead quality?

A clear answer: An agreed definition of a suitable inquiry and a process for your team to return qualification, proposal or sales feedback.

What happens to account access when we stop working together?

A clear answer: Clear account responsibilities, permission management and a practical handover of the agreed work and records.

Compare the complete proposal.

Put the proposals next to each other and mark each item as included, supplied by your team or additional. This makes price differences easier to understand.

  • Campaign setup or restructuring and ongoing management.
  • Ad copy, creative production and approval rounds.
  • Landing-page work, tracking and integrations.
  • Media spend, service fees and any setup costs.
  • Review frequency, reporting and responsibility for additional work.

Ask for a report with a next action.

Illustrative example: a report might show 30 inquiries, of which your team marks 12 as suitable, four reach proposal and one becomes a sale. Those stages tell you more than the inquiry count alone. They are sample figures, not a benchmark or a Webhive result.

  • What was spent and which services or searches it supported.
  • Which conversion actions were recorded and how they were measured.
  • How many inquiries were relevant, and what happened to them where known.
  • What should change next, with the reason and any data limitations.

Your next step: write down your definition of a qualified inquiry and use the same scope checklist when discussing each proposal. Keep that brief as the reference for the work.
