Does your website need a refresh—or a rebuild?
Start with the problem. A dated visual style does not always require replacing the entire platform. A confusing customer journey, difficult content updates or unsupported integrations may need deeper changes.
Look beyond the homepage.
Review your important service pages, mobile navigation, enquiry forms, product discovery and checkout where applicable. Identify what customers need to do and where the current experience makes that harder.
Keep what is useful.
Existing content, search visibility, integrations and customer familiarity can have value. A redesign should plan what to preserve, including URL changes and redirects if the structure changes.
A clear brief allows the team to recommend a focused refresh, a redesign or a full rebuild—and explain why.

Before you run ads, get the next click right.
An ad creates a next step. Before launching, follow that step as a prospective customer: does the destination match the promise in the ad, explain the service and make contacting the business straightforward?
Make the offer easy to understand.
Show what is being offered, who it helps and what happens after someone enquires. A clear service page or a short, relevant conversation is often more useful than directing every visitor to a broad homepage.
Agree what counts as a useful enquiry.
Record relevant business enquiries separately from spam, job applications or unrelated comments. Review qualified enquiries, proposals and won work where records allow; clicks alone do not establish business impact.

When spreadsheets stop working together.
Spreadsheets can be useful. The question is whether information is being copied between them, updates are being missed or the team cannot see the current status of an enquiry, order or task.
Map the workflow first.
Document where information starts, who updates it, who needs access and what should happen next. This helps distinguish a process problem from a software requirement.
Choose the solution around the work.
The right scope might involve an Odoo implementation, configuration, a tailored module, an integration or a custom application. Access permissions, migration, support and adoption matter alongside the feature list.
